• Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our homes are pest-free, and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
• Return all keys and bippers

• Please maintain reasonable level of noise after 10pm
• Please keep doors and entrances locked at night
• If additional cleaning is necessary, an additional cleaning fee will be charged
• Loss or damage of remote controls (TV, AC, DVD, ...) will incur a $75 replacement fee
• Late check-out is possible if no other guest is coming that day and at additional charge
