Our homes are pest-free, and we intend to keep it that way with your help.  • Return all keys and bippers  • Leave the sand on the beach  • Please maintain reasonable level of noise after 10pm  • Please keep doors and entrances locked at night  • If additional cleaning is necessary, an additional cleaning fee will be charged  • Loss or damage of remote controls (TV, AC, DVD, ...) will incur a $75 replacement fee  • Late check-out is possible if no other guest is coming that day and at additional charge  Check-in 4pm, check-out Noon  • Please use water conservatively as St. Martin is an island with no direct water source a little rainfall  • Please mind small children around pool and jacuzzi areas, a mandatory pool waver will need to be signed upon arrival.
